This is Jackie's website. She is one person cooking her family's food and writing it down. If something goes wrong here, you write to her and she answers.
Paying for a recipe
Some recipes cost a few dollars to read. The price is on the page before you pay, and it is the only price. Nothing is added afterwards and there is no subscription hiding behind it.
You pay once and that recipe is yours. Give your email at the checkout and it stays open to you on another phone.
She never sees your card. The card form belongs to Stripe and the numbers go straight to them.
Getting your money back
A recipe opens the second you pay, so it cannot be handed back. If the page will not open, if you were charged twice, or if you paid for the wrong one, write to her and she will put it right. She would rather refund you than have you cross.
The cookbook and the merch
Neither is sold here. The book is bought on Amazon and the merch at the printer's own shop. Their terms, their postage and their refunds apply, not hers.
Her recipes and her photographs
The recipes, the words and the pictures are hers. Cook from them forever and feed anybody you like. Do not copy them onto another website or sell them.
Photographs you send in
If you send a photograph of something you cooked, she can put it on this site. She only puts it on Instagram or TikTok if you ticked the box that says she can. Ask for it back at any time and it goes.
Her emails
Ask for the recipes and she emails them. Every one has a link at the bottom that takes you off the list. One press, no questions.
If something goes wrong
Write to her. A real person reads it. Please try that before you ring your bank, because she can usually fix it faster.
