What she does

She cooks on camera in her own kitchen: one dish, start to finish, in her own words. She has written a cookbook and sells it herself. She answers the people who cook her food.

What she will not do

Cook with something she would not feed her own family, or read a script that does not sound like her. Everything else is a conversation.
